By purchasing products from Hitbox Sports, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because many of our items are collectibles, variations in color, centering, print quality, condition, and packaging may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes unless the listing specifically states that the exact item pictured is the item being sold.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

Many products offered are collectible items intended for hobby, display, or collection purposes. Unless otherwise stated, we do not guarantee specific grades, print quality, centering, signatures, serial numbering, or future market value.

Card values may fluctuate significantly based on market conditions, grading results, player performance, and collector demand. We make no representations or warranties regarding future appreciation or investment potential.

Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer or authorized distributor. We are not responsible for manufacturer packaging variations, print defects, collation issues, missing hits, or other quality-control matters that originate with the manufacturer.

Mystery Packs

Mystery packs contain randomly selected items. Purchasing a mystery pack does not guarantee receipt of any specific player, team, card, autograph, memorabilia card, graded card, serial-numbered card, or product value.

All mystery pack contents are randomly assembled according to our stated product description. Due to their randomized nature, mystery packs are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Product Condition

Unless specifically identified as professionally graded, all raw cards are sold in the condition in which they are received and evaluated. Minor manufacturing imperfections, surface marks, edge wear, print lines, centering differences, or corner wear may be present.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Authentication

Any autographed or authenticated products will include authentication only when expressly stated in the product listing. Unless specifically disclosed, products should not be assumed to include third-party authentication or grading.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or product description mistakes at any time. If an order is affected by an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hitbox Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of our products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Hitbox Sports operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
